Current Model: The Individual as the Universe​
Today, the Magic Mango platform is built around a single-player mode. The individual user account is the absolute center of the experience. Every subscription, every creative asset, and every piece of data is exclusively tied to one person's login. While this model was instrumental for our initial growth by offering a simple, direct-to-consumer value proposition, it has now become our primary growth constraint.
- Ownership: The individual user is the sole owner of the subscription and all associated data. This means if an employee leaves a company, they take all the assets and account history with them, creating a significant risk for the business.
